- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Good for a while...and then I got ripped off. I wanted to change some information, and I was told it would save me $20 off my premium. My premium ACTUALLY went up over $100 each of the two following bills I received. Of course, upon calling to see why they have a bunch of explanations, which the lady on the phone failed to inform me of when quoting me at a $20 savings. I had to start calling their main number because I was consistently getting inconsistent information from this office.By skulakk, March 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Karl Chew and the people in his office are not fast, friendly, and efficient. They are there to rip you off. I was completely under covered on auto and homeowners insurance but paying huge premiums. Went to Arbury and got twice the coverage I was getting from State Farm for HALF the price on auto, and same price for home. I'm not talking about ridiculous coverage amounts either, just standard industry levels. Do not trust Karl Chew and crew to provide adequate coverage.By Josh W, February 27, 2017
