- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got a $1000 whatever loan through them quite a few years ago. Took me a while but I paid it all off;however, when I went to open an account at Wildfire the lady there said it still shows as unpaid. Sure enough I called members first and the lady I talked to;first of all, was very rude and couldn't even find my account. She did say that they would update my account to have it recorded as paid off which should've been done years ago. Mind you it was only $8 but still it's been on my record without me knowing for quite sometime. By the way the lady's name at Members first who answered the phone was Renee. Not very friendly bat all. I will never go back. Wildfire has my business now and I recommend Jen. She has helped me out and was very nice.By Virginia Stackhouse, January 09, 2017
