- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've banked here since I was a kid. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with a particular loan processor a few years back who was difficult and screwed up just about everything having to do with my loan, but other than her, I've been very happy working with this institution.By Dana Hill, June 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you need customer service, or people who are consistently competent, go somewhere else. If you work for Dow and need a substantial loan and the best % you can find anywhere, this is your place. You'll just have to suffer through the seven circles of customer service hell to get to their great % rates. Lost papers, weeks of delays on our mortgage application, somehow losing our electronically submitted documentation through their system (x2 on that one), not returning calls - the works. They figure it out eventually, but they'll be slow, sloppy, and subpar in the meantime.By William Weatherholtz, May 10, 2017
